Kettlebell Training Classes with Lester Jiles Register View Cart

Beginner Kettlebell Class:

This beginner class is for those wanting to challenge their fitness level and those first time to kettlebell students. The class is designed to teach the 7 primary kettlebell moves while safely coaching individuals with hip, back, knee, shoulder pain or injury. You will strengthen your muscles, improves your endurance and energy, while toning your body.

 Class requirements:

1. Kettlebells or dumbbells.  And if you don't have either of those at home you may substitute any object you can handle safely & has some weight (for example: soup cans, plastic laundry detergent bottle, etc.)

2. A exercise mat or towel(towels do not work on hardwood floors)

Intermediate Kettlebell Class:
This class is for anyone experienced in Kettlebell training. This class will challenge your balance, cardio and strength levels. The class is designed to explain and teach the 7 important kettlebell moves(exercises), however the workout will have individuals completing the moves in the form of a circuit, supersets and possibly giant sets. The goal is to give the clients a good workout that will challenge their level of fitness, while improving their endurance, energy and toning their bodies. 


Intermediate class requirements:  1. Kettlebells or dumbbells; 2. A exercise mat

Intermediate/Advanced Kettlebell Class:
This class is for anyone experienced in Kettlebell training. This class will challenge your balance, cardio and strength levels. Meet your instructor Lester Giles:

Lester has been a personal trainer for 15 years. He has worked as a certified personal trainer for the past 13 years. He has worked with both male and female clients ages ranging from 18 to 80. He's competed in bodybuilding for several years winning the Me. Philadelphia, Mr. Pittsburgh and completed in the Me. Universe in Genoa, Italy placing 3rd in the lightweight division. He has many certifications including: strength and conditioning through NSCA and Certified Kettlebell instructor level 1&2 through Dragon Door. He is a graduate of Penn State University. He also holds CPR certification.

Lester also offers individual Personal Training classes Virtually and in person once the current health crisis has been lifted.
