Join Rebecca from Yoga with Ms. Rebecca for afternoons full of movement and mindfulness. During each session we will practice yoga, complete a mindfulness craft, and play fun yoga games. We will also incorporate fun themes and stories along the way!  All materials are provided and no experience is necessary.
