Chair Yoga: Strength, Balance & Mobility is a gentle, chair-based class designed to support flexibility, functional strength, posture, and ease of movement. Using yoga-inspired poses, mindful breathing, and light strength exercises, participants move safely with the support of a chair. Optional equipment such as resistance bands, light weights, or small balls may be incorporated.
Designed with safety and accessibility in mind, this chair-based class helps participants build strength, improve balance, and maintain mobility without getting on the floor. A welcoming option for beginners, older adults, and anyone seeking gentle, functional movement. Participants may remain seated for the entire class or use the chair for optional supported standing movements. No floor work is required.
Equipment: Provided; just bring your water in a spill proof container
Level: Beginner-friendly, older adults welcome
