Then, we seamlessly transition into a powerful 20-minute strength session (set to awesome background tunes!) to boost your muscle, protect your bones, and future-proof your body against injury. Get ready to move and groove in our class, a fun-filled workout similar to Zumba! Enjoy a full-body warm-up followed by easy-to-follow, fast-paced choreography set to upbeat music from around the world. This interval-based aerobic workout combines high and low rhythms to burn calories, sculpt your body, and elevate your heart rate. Cindy Montagha combines her love for dance, fitness, and wellness to create fun, energizing, and effective sessions for every participant. A certified Zumba® instructor and Personal Trainer, Cindy holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from West Chester University and an M.S. in Occupational Therapy from New York University. With over 25 years of experience in health care and occupational therapy, she brings a deep understanding of the body and movement to every class. Whether working with teens or seniors, Cindy is dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and enjoy every step of the journey toward improved health.
