Cindy has worked as an occupational therapist for 25 years, helping her patients and clients rehabilitate from injuries, maintain their functional independence, and maximize their quality of life. With a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology she is also certified in Zumba®, Zumba Toning®, Group Fitness, and Personal Training.
Leslie is a certified instructor in Group Fitness and Personal Fitness Training with the American Aerobic Association International (AAAI). She has been using her skills in all areas of fitness and dance fitness for the past 29 years. Native to Colombia, Leslie came to the US when she was a teenager and is subsequently fluent in both Spanish and English.
