This low-impact, full-body class blends classic Pilates principles with gentle strength, balance, and mobility work. Designed for all levels, it focuses on core stability, posture, functional movement, and mindful breathing to help participants feel stronger, more supported, and more at ease in their bodies. No prior Pilates experience is required — all movements are adaptable and beginner-friendly.
This class is appropriate for beginners as well as those with prior yoga or fitness experience who are seeking a balanced, full-body practice.
Equipment: Provided- just bring your water in a spill proof container.
Level: All levels welcome
