Beginner Yoga Stretch classes involve gentle and easy stretching, strengthening and balancing. These classes are a wonderful way to relax and soothe the body, mind and spirit. No previous experience required.

Ingrid has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years and enjoys sharing the wealth of knowledge with her students in a thoughtful, caring and fun way. She has studied with, been trained and privately coached by some of the best of the best in the Yoga, Pilate, AcquaPole, Ballet and Dance worlds.
Class is available twice a week (tues & thurs) for 7 weeks for $192 OR once a week (tues or thurs) for 7 weeks for $96.
Please bring a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, yoga straps and a slightly deflated ball.
