Ingrid has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years and enjoys sharing the wealth of knowledge with her students in a thoughtful, caring and fun way. She has studied with, been trained and privately coached by some of the best of the best in the Yoga, Pilate, AcquaPole, Ballet and Dance worlds.
Please bring a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, & yoga straps.
