Tailored for the younger (4-5 year old) student, Little Lions classes are a fun, engaging way to introduce your children to the traditional martial arts. Each Little Lions class is packed with fun drills, lively discussions, and energetic exercises, all put together with a purpose... to teach your child the basic martial arts skills inherent in Japanese Kempo as well as:
- Strength of Character
- Focus
- Discipline
- Listening Skills
- Awareness of Yourself and Your Surroundings
As the Martial Arts Studio is a traditional martial arts dojo, Little Lions uses a 10-belt level system to encourage goal setting... track improvement... and celebrate achievements. Each belt level has its own curriculum that builds upon the previous curriculum, allowing each Little Lion to see and understand growth.
