This course will be taught by Sensei Ben La France. As a student of the martial arts for more than 50 years, Sensei La France has earned different degrees of Black Belts (mastery) in Kempo, Daito Ryu, Meishin Muso Ryu, Wing Chun, Tae Kwon Do, Shotokan, Tang So Do, and North Korean style... taughtdefense to both local and federal law enforcement... and become a certified Life Coach and Personal Trainer. He lives by the samurai code and loves helping others to find their strength.
