California Rail Discovery: 5/12/27
Travel with us on an unforgettable California Rail Discovery, where you will experience iconic cities, breathtaking landscapes, and classic rail travel through the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Begin with a two-night stay in beautiful San Francisco, known as “The City by the Bay,” featuring a guided city tour, a scenic cruise on San Francisco Bay with views of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz, and a visit to Muir Woods National Monument to stand among some of the tallest and oldest redwood trees in the world. Free time allows you to explore Fisherman’s Wharf, enjoy local cuisine, or ride a historic cable car. Continue into California’s famous Napa Valley for a winery tour and tasting before traveling to Sacramento, the state capital, where you will explore the historic Old Sacramento Waterfront, rich with Gold Rush–era charm. A highlight of the journey is a spectacular Sierra Nevada rail journey aboard Amtrak, offering stunning mountain scenery en route to Lake Tahoe. Enjoy a three-night stay in the Lake Tahoe area, including a scenic paddle wheeler cruise on the crystal-clear waters of the lake. Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta and Santa Fe: 10/1/27
Travel with us to the Land of Enchantment where you will enjoy New Mexico’s beautiful landscapes, history and architecture. Highlights will include a two-night stay in Albuquerque with visits to the world-famous Albuquerque Balloon Festival- the world’s largest hot air ballooning event. You will witness the Mass Ascension, which includes over 500 balloons taking to the skies and will have an opportunity to view the balloons up close and illuminated on solid ground during the Balloon Glow. Enjoy 3 nights in Santa Fe, founded in 1607 making it America’s oldest state capital city and third oldest continuously inhabited city in the US. You will enjoy this UNESCO Creative City which is renowned for its beauty, Pueblo-style architecture and for being one of the most important art markets in the US. Other attractions include the Los Alamos Bradbury Science Museum which tells the story of this isolated town and its role in the Manhattan Project. You’ll also see the Plaza, the Palace of the Governor’s and Loretto Chapel to learn of its unique and mysterious past.
Colorful Costa Rica Adventure: 11/3/27
Experience the incredible biodiversity and warm culture of Costa Rica on this immersive eco-adventure.
