No previous experience required. Instructor: Ingrid Guthrie Ingrid has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years and enjoys sharing the wealth of knowledge with her students in a thoughtful, caring and fun way. No previous experience required. Instructor: Ingrid Guthrie Ingrid has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years and enjoys sharing the wealth of knowledge with her students in a thoughtful, caring and fun way. No previous experience required. Instructor: Ingrid Guthrie Ingrid has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years and enjoys sharing the wealth of knowledge with her students in a thoughtful, caring and fun way.
