A certified Zumba® instructor and Personal Trainer, Cindy holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from West Chester University and an M.S. in Occupational Therapy from New York University. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare and occupational therapy, she brings a deep understanding of the body and movement to every class. Whether working with teens or seniors, Cindy is dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and enjoy every step of the journey toward improved health.

Basic Beginner Barre/Pilates - Basic Beginner Barre (Spring 2025) Basic Beginner Barre/Pilates includes easy strengthening and toning exercises done at the ballet barre and in the center of the studio. Balancing exercises and some basic ballet moves are included. No previous experience required. Instructor: Ingrid Guthrie Ingrid has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years and enjoys sharing the wealth of knowledge with her students in a thoughtful, caring and fun way. She has studied with, been trained and privately coached by some of the best of the best in the Yoga, Pilate, AcquaPole, Ballet and Dance worlds. Please bring a yoga mat, yoga straps and a slightly deflated ball to class.
