Beginner Yoga Stretch classes involve gentle and easy stretching, strengthening and balancing. These classes are a wonderful way to relax and soothe the body, mind and spirit. No previous experience required. Instructor: Ingrid Guthrie Ingrid has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years and enjoys sharing the wealth of knowledge with her students in a thoughtful, caring and fun way. She has studied with, been trained and privately coached by some of the best of the best in the Yoga, Pilate, AcquaPole, Ballet and Dance worlds. Class is available twice a week (tues & thurs) for 7 weeks for $192 OR once a week (tues or thurs) for 7 weeks for $96.

Village Ave. Exton, PA 19341).Cindy has worked as an occupational therapist for 25 years, helping her patients and clients rehabilitate from injuries, maintain their functional independence, and maximize their quality of life. With a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology she is also certified in Zumba®, Zumba Toning®, Group Fitness, and Personal Training.Leslie is a certified instructor in Group Fitness and Personal Fitness Training with the American Aerobic Association International (AAAI). She has been using her skills in all areas of fitness and dance fitness for the past 29 years. Native to Colombia, Leslie came to the US when she was a teenager and is subsequently fluent in both Spanish and English.With Cindy and Leslie's combined experience, they will help exercise your body and brain in a safe, supportive environment. Basic Beginner Barre/Pilates includes easy strengthening and toning exercises done at the ballet barre and in the center of the studio. Balancing exercises and some basic ballet moves are included.
