Pilates is a form of exercise that emphasizes core strength and flexibility. It combines controlled movements with deep breathing. Excellent for mind-body connection. 

Instructor: Ingrid Guthrie 
Ingrid has been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years and enjoys sharing the wealth of knowledge with her students in a thoughtful, caring and fun way. She has studied with, been trained and privately coached by some of the best of the best in the Yoga, Pilate, AcquaPole, Ballet and Dance worlds. 

Please bring a yoga mat to class.

No previous experience required.
