Chair Yoga: Strength, Balance & Mobility is a gentle, chair-based class designed to support flexibility, functional strength, posture, and ease of movement. Using yoga-inspired poses, mindful breathing, and light strength exercises, participants move safely with the support of a chair. Optional equipment such as resistance bands, light weights, or small balls may be incorporated. Designed with safety and accessibility in mind, this chair-based class helps participants build strength, improve balance, and maintain mobility without getting on the floor. A welcoming option for beginners, older adults, and anyone seeking gentle, functional movement.  Participants may remain seated for the entire class or use the chair for optional supported standing movements.
