1. Registration Information


Register Early! You can begin to register for activities as soon as you receive your brochure; or as soon as the brochure is posted to the website (unless otherwise noted). Registrations are open until an activity reaches maximum capacity. All registrations are taken on a first come-first served basis. Please register at least 72 hours prior to the start of an activity…you could be the difference whether or not an activity will run. Decisions on any necessary activity cancellations (due to lack of enrollment) are generally made at least 48 hours prior to the activity start date. Too often quality activities and trips are cancelled because too many people wait until the last minute to register. Almost every activity has a minimum number of enrollees needed to cover the expenses or to make it enjoyable. If you see an activity you like, don’t hesitate to sign up!  You must pre-register for all activities.

To register for an activity you must complete a registration form. Our website offers an easy and convenient way to register, pay for, and track all of your programs.  If you don't want to pay online for security reasons, please register through the website first then call our office with your credit card information.  Online registrations immediately hold your spot in the class, trip, or program.

Late Registration: Registrations within 72 hours of the start of a regular program will incur a $10 late registration fee.  Camp programs have different late registration fees.

Registration Confirmations: By registering online you will be provided with an automatic e-mail receipt and can visit your account anytime to verify your transactions.

If you would like a registration confirmation from a paper registration form please include a legible, and up-to-date email address or include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your registration materials.

Waiting Lists: Waiting lists do not guarantee you a spot. You will be contacted only if a space becomes available. If notified, you will have 24 hours to accept the space (with payment) or the opening will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
