New York City Broadway Bus Trip – Help Us Pick the Show!
DARC is planning a fun bus trip to New York City on May 16 to see a Broadway show—and we want the community to help decide which show we attend! When you register for this program, you will have the opportunity to cast your vote for the Broadway show you would like to see. The two choices are & Juliet or Wicked. Once the votes are counted and the show is selected, DARC will notify everyone with the final trip details and cost. Join us for a great day in New York City and help choose the show for this exciting theater experience! Show Choices: & Juliet What if Juliet didn’t end it all over Romeo? & Juliet flips the script on the greatest love story ever told and imagines what happens next if Juliet gets a second chance at life and love—on her own terms. This high-energy musical features a playlist of pop anthems written by hitmaker Max Martin and his collaborators, including songs like “Since U Been Gone,” “Roar,” “Baby One More Time,” “Larger Than Life,” and many more. Wicked Called “musical magic” by The New York Times, Wicked tells the untold story of the witches of Oz. In the Land of Oz, a young woman born with emerald-green skin—smart, passionate, and misunderstood—forms an unlikely friendship with a bubbly and popular blonde.
