Chair Yoga with Deanna Stissi - Chair Yoga for Seniors Chair Yogais a modified version of Yoga that is practiced with assistance of a chair. This 1 hour class is gentle and especially designed for the senior community. With special exercises and stretches that will help improve your balance, mobility and flexibility as you age. Please bring a yoga mat or large towel in addition and we will provide the chair.
