So, it’s our month! We are sending your chef home with a craft and a classic comfort meal to enjoy with family. Why this menu? Well, cooking chicken can get boring, but we’re giving it a makeover tonight. We’re teaching chefs how to make a flavorful baked chicken with fresh herbs with accompaniments of couscous and sauteed veggies. What’s for dessert you ask… warm apple walnut cobbler. You have no idea how good this is! I learned how to make this during my short stint as a waitress. One of those jobs I wanted to have since I was a little girl and it was as fun and enlightening as I thought. Bonus, I learned a lot of neat kitchen tricks and today I am sharing with your chef! Quiche cups, parfait cups, and our special blueberry buckle cupcakes are on the menu. We’ll teach you how to make these tokens of love and provide you with the recipes to recreate at home.
