We are currently collecting names of individuals interested in joining DARC for our Cape May Fall Getaway & Dinner Cruise!
A minimum of 14 participants is required for this trip to run. At this time, we are only collecting names of interested travelers. Trip details, pricing, and registration will be finalized once we determine there is enough interest.
The estimated cost is approximately $150–$200 per person and is expected to include:
- Round-trip transportation
- DARC trip chaperone
- Transportation throughout the trip
- Dinner cruise aboard The Spirit of Cape May

Enjoy the crisp fall breezes and coastal charm of Cape May on this relaxing and enriching one-day getaway with DARC! Known for its beautiful Victorian architecture, seaside atmosphere, historic landmarks, and charming shopping districts, Cape May offers the perfect mix of leisure, culture, shopping, and history.
Spend more than eight hours exploring Cape May at your own pace, with plenty of time to shop, enjoy lunch, stroll along the beach and promenade, or discover some of the area's historic attractions.
Your Day in Cape May
7:30 AM – Depart Downingtown
Relax aboard our comfortable motorcoach as we travel to the Jersey Shore.
Approximately 10:00 AM 4:00PM– Arrive in Cape May
Enjoy free time to explore Cape May, grab a coffee, browse the shops at Washington Street Mall, take a walk along the promenade, or simply enjoy the seaside atmosphere.
4:15 PM – Regroup at Cape May Welcome Center
All participants must meet at the Cape May Welcome Center, 609 Lafayette Street, to board the bus for the evening's dinner cruise.
5:00–7:00 PM – The Spirit of Cape May Dinner Cruise
End your day with a relaxing two-hour buffet dinner cruise aboard The Spirit of Cape May. Enjoy a delicious dinner while taking in beautiful coastal scenery, with opportunities for whale and dolphin watching along the way.
Approximately 9:00 PM – Return to Downingtown
