Join us for a free exercise event and meet our new instructor, Robin Barnes Burdick, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and certified Pilates instructor. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience Robin’s teaching style and explore whether Chair Yoga or Pilates Fusion is the right fit for your fitness journey.
Participants must pre-register for one 30-minute trial class. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required for all sessions. Light refreshments will be available.

Strengthen your core, improve posture, and enhance everyday mobility in a low-impact, supportive environment. This class blends Pilates-inspired movements with gentle strength training, balance, and stretching to help you feel more stable, confident, and comfortable in your body. All levels are welcome, and modifications are provided—no prior Pilates experience required.
NEW – Yoga Fusion: Strength, Stability & Stretch (Chair Yoga)

This accessible class combines strength, stability, and flexibility in a supportive, low-impact format. Ideal for adults looking to improve posture, mobility, and body awareness while practicing safely and comfortably using a chair.
