Why try Tai Chi? Tai Chi can help improve balance, provide pain relief, improve sleep and cognitive function and can help improve mental health.
Jess has been certified through Udemy with Beginner Yang Family Style Tai Chi. Yang style Tai Chi involves gentle large and open movements. Jess leads the classes with modifications to meet various client needs and abilities.
You are welcome to bring friends, neighbors and family with you! Please make sure to register them also. If they are not a current Move N Groove Fit Client, they will need to fill out a liability waiver in order to participate.
