Join our Kettlebell Fitness class and learn the fundamentals of kettlebell training! Start with the basics and master key moves like the Turkish Get Up, swings, cleans, and snatches. This functional full-body workout combines strength and conditioning for a powerful, effective training session!
Please bring your own kettle bells.
Beginners: 5, 15, 25 lbs (one of each)
Intermediate: 15, 25, 35 lbs (one of each)
Advanced: 25, 35, 45 lbs. (one of each)
The instructor will have a few to try at the first class.
Summer dates will be available in May 2025 & Fall dates will be available in August 2025.
