Are you looking to start the new year by becoming more fit. If so, join the instructors from Dance 4 Fitness, Wednesday, January 15th, 2025 at 11:00 am for a one time GROUP TRAINING session for this 45 minutes class.
The class will include all the components of fitness including cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. We strive to address the prevention of falls and injuries, focus on establishing and maintaining good posture, increased confidence, and emotional wellness with this comprehensive program. Two certified fitness instructors will provide options so that anyone can perform each exercise with a modification as needed to address their individual goals and specific needs. Our goal is to keep the fun in fitness in a supportive community atmosphere.
Equipment Needed: (sneakers, water and a towel)
We will provide any exercise equipment needed for the class. Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to the class to sign the liability waiver and so that they can set you up.
