Ideal for all fitness levels, these sessions provide a balanced approach to self-care, encouraging both physical ease and mental clarity in a supportive and welcoming environment.Participants should wear comfortable, breathable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Optional items like yoga blocks, or a cushion can be brought for added comfort and support.
