This program is designed to help your child stay physically fit along with having fun. We will be learning traditional yoga poses, but children are not expected to be quiet or still. We move our bodies using stories, songs and games. Each week will have a theme. Crafts will be included and based on the week's theme.This class is for grades K-2. This class will include movement, music, games, mindfulness, breathing, and crafts. No experience necessary, all materials will be provided.
