BRICK ART & LAB DESIGN (Ages 5-10 years)
Edgar Degas, a famous artist, once said, 'Art is not what you see, but what you make others see'. As your child learns about different types of art and the periods they were created, creating their own works of art using Lego bricks while they learn about Da Vinci's Mona Lisa, Van Gogh's Starry Night, Wright's Falling Water, and many more!
AMAZING RACE (Ages 10-14 years)
Are you ready for an adventure? Send your learner on a trip with Snapology around the world to discover unique aspects of different cultures, including national flags, traditional cuisines, influential artists, and notable historical landmarks! While developing an appreciation for cultural differences, they will be completing in fun challenges to test their building and problem-solving skills.
This is a free event for the children in the community and DARC realizes that some children qualify for both workshops, but we are only allowing 10 year olds to register for one workshop. This will enable all the children in the community to have a chance to experience a Snapology Program. Thank you for your cooperation.
Please Note: In order to ensure the affordability of Snapology programs, children do not get to keep or take home their projects; however; we capture their creative achievements through photography, allowing parents to admire and cherish their creations.
