Kids Yoga
Join me for 8 weeks of yoga adventures! We will be visiting various animals and their habitats; along with using our imaginations in magical worlds. This program is designed to help your child stay physically fit along with having fun. We will be learning traditional yoga poses, but children are not expected to be quiet or still. We move our bodies using stories, songs and games. Sign up for the entire class or individually!

Themes are:
Week 1: camping                             Week 5: farm
Week 2: magical creatures             Week 6: dinosaur 
Week 3: forest                                  Week 7: pirates
Week 4: superheroes                      Week 8: outer space
