Body Weight Only Fitness Class (No Equipment needed) Register View Cart

Enjoy the convenience of exercising in the comfort and privacy of your own home or when traveling! Online classes provide personalized instruction and variety while saving time and commuting costs. Using nothing but your own body weight in the correct positions and movements, you can build and tone muscle and burn fat for a complete total-body workout. Class includes the mainstays of body weight work, such as squats, lunges, planks, push-ups and crunches along with many others, as well as a warm-up and final stretch. Part of the class will be done kneeling or lying on the floor, so a mat or towel is recommended for comfort.

You will need a mat or towel and about 6 square feet of open space.
