Adult Strength & Conditioning Training
As we get older, we have to prioritize our quality of life and health, and getting the movement you need to stay strong, functional and enjoying every day life is ever so important. To help our local community get there, we are offering a six-week strength and conditioning program built around ensuring each athlete develops a sound understanding of the basic scientific principles of resistance training. Our goals are for our athletes to have fun, but also develop their physical performance, movement control, functional independence, and self-esteem. Programming for this class will be personalized based not only by your experience level, but your overarching goals.

Meet Your Instructor Olivia Hurston:
Hi, my name is Olivia Hurston and I graduated in May of 2023, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition. After interning for a semester, I became a coach with Kinetic Sports Performance while creating content for and running our social media. When working with athletes, I place an emphasis on improving performance through sport and goal specific programming while maintaining a healthy, fun environment. Originally from Lancaster, I currently live in West Chester after moving for school. I like to stay active by weightlifting, going on hikes, or doing yoga. To relax I enjoy reading, watching movies, or cooking/baking
