Performance isn’t just based around practicing and playing your sport, it’s built upon and solidified by quality science-based movement, principles and programming. At Kinetic Sports Performance, we utilize our experience with a large array of athletes and refined education to create a quality sport-based, strength developing and skill refining six-week program. With your current experience and needs in mind, our goals are for our athletes to have fun while developing their physical performance, movement control, functional independence, and self-esteem. Our facility includes all of the resistance training equipment necessary to build such a program, as well as a large turf area to work on speed, power, plyometrics and sport specific movement.

Meet Your Instructor Olivia Hurston:
Hi, my name is Olivia Hurston and I graduated in May of 2023, from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition. After interning for a semester, I became a coach with Kinetic Sports Performance while creating content for and running our social media. When working with athletes, I place an emphasis on improving performance through sport and goal specific programming while maintaining a healthy, fun environment. Originally from Lancaster, I currently live in West Chester after moving for school. I like to stay active by weightlifting, going on hikes, or doing yoga. To relax I enjoy reading, watching movies, or cooking/baking
