Join Dance4Fitness for this semi-private group trainings they are offering this fall for adults and older adults from the safety of your own homes. There is no need to fear technology, the coaches are happy to help you learn to navigate Zoom.
We offer a comprehensive program which includes nutrition, resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, flexibility, and two coaches for support and accountability. Clients join us live on ZOOM on Mondays and then receive a recorded link to follow 2 additional times over the course of the week.
Two coaches lead the training and show options for clients of different abilities.
Each student will need the following items for class.3lb,5lb, & 8lb dumbbells sets, exercise mat, exercise bands and stability ball
