Core, Cardio, TRX, & Power:
Focusing on “functional” training, we work to target multiple muscle groups together to increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, improve strength, and kick start weight loss. Conducted in a group setting but allowing for more individualized coaching, you will focus on proper form and safe progressions to improve your everyday life. Class now also includes the use of bodyweight TRX training!
