Don’t overthink it – this class is exactly as it sounds! With the ability to utilize your own body weight for all exercises, as well as equipment ready and available for higher intensity progressions, Butts N’ Guts is perfect for all levels! The class is designed to strengthen, tone, and shape every muscle of your core, glutes, and thighs.
