Youth Fitness Training:
It’s never too early to start building great, healthy habits that will last a lifetime. Youth Fitness Training aims to achieve just that by introducing kids to fitness. There are a lot of crazy things that we can’t control in life, but one thing we can control is how we take care of our bodies. Designed as a fun but effective class, kids will learn to work together, build self-confidence, and how to be accountable while also learning how to safely exercise and control their bodies. Available to kids 8 and up!
