HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training):
HIIT training has exploded in popularity over the past few years, and for good reason. HIIT combines bouts of intense exercise followed by short periods of rest of low intensity movement. Guaranteed to have you sweating, working hard, and having fun, we’ll combine full body exercises, bodyweight exercises, and plyometric exercises to help you get the most out of this quick workout style!
