Boot Camp:
A fun and challenging program that will help take your fitness to the next level, Boot Camp combines high intensity exercises using nothing but bodyweight! Using exercises such as burpees, jump squats, and mountain climbers, Boot Camp is guaranteed to get you moving if you’re up to the challenge. Classes are designed through interval and circuit exercises coupled with minimal rest periods.
