Kettlebell Class

Kettlebells have taken the fitness industry by storm and continue to grow in popularity. Designed to challenge your balance, cardiovascular system, and strength abilities, this class will use basic kettlebell movements such as “the swing”, “the clean”, and “the press” to achieve improvements in your everyday abilities. Kettlebell class combines all of this to make use of one of the fitness industry’s most versatile pieces of equipment!

6 weeks – Wednesday evenings 5:15 PM – 6 PM
