Enjoy a total body workout that will rev up your metabolism, build energy, strengthen your bones, reduce the risk of disease, and help you to look and feel younger!

You'll improve muscle tone and strength, burn fat, and increase flexibility with this effective combination of exercises using hand held weights, and classic floor work routines.

Equipment Needed:
Fitness Mat
A set of hand held weights. (recommends- 2lb, 3lb, 5lb or 8lb, etc.)
