Grade schools and high schools all have multiple week-long or one-day breaks for students throughout the year, prior to summer vacation. Here are some great activities to keep your kids engaged during breaks!
Art Day Camps
Days off? No school today? Looking for something to do?
Come for an hour at a time or stay all day! Pack snacks and drinks and we will make all kinds of art projects based on student interest. Let me know ahead of time if you have a special request! We plan to draw, paint and work with clay, but we can do some crafts as well. Call or email if you want to tie dye or make jewelry, decorate a birdhouse, build a model of a tree house, make soap, try some printmaking or learn to hand sew. So many choices! Weather permitting we can go outside for nature breaks on our beautiful grounds.
Please note you must register separately for each day you wish to attend when using the option for One-hour, two-hour, three-hour, four-hours, or five-hour sessions. Only one of the listed dates is included in registration process.
The class is taught by retired school teacher Ms.Valitski and assisted by high school teen volunteers.
The instructor is following all the CDC guidelines for a safe and fun ART class!
The Chrysalis Art Center is located at: 1475 Conestoga Rd., Chester Springs, PA 19425.
