The FASTer Way to Fat Loss is a digital health and wellness program that will teach you science based strategies to help burn fat. The program uses whole food nutrition, intermittent fasting, carb cycling, 30 minute workouts for all levels, community and personal coaching help you lose fat and improves your health.
The FASTer Way to Fat Loss uses an app to provide you with meal plans, grocery lists, recipes, workouts, and curriculum that teaches you how to burn fat and create lean muscle. These 30 minute workouts can be done at home or in the gym. You have access to a certified FASTer Way coach (Karen Cichewicz) that can help you each step of the way. There is a community within the group that helps to provide accountability. The program is delivered through an app on your cell phone and additional instructor communication is through a private FaceBook page.
If you chose to workout from the comfort of your own home you will need: A set of light to medium weights.
