Karen Cichewicz (Faster Way to Fat Loss)
The FASTer Way with Coach K" a uses an online proven program called the FASTer Way to Fat Loss. This digital program in corporates science based strategies to help you lose weight, build muscle and gain a positive mindset. By eating whole foods and implementing intermittent fasting, you will see healthy changes happen. Adding in the 30 minute workouts provided allows for your body to burn fat and build muscle. You are coached by a certified FASTer Way coach and personal trainer, Karen Cichewicz. Karen has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and has a passion for helping people to feel their best. Along with personal coaching, you will also have a community that will be encouraging you along the way. Let 2022 be the year to live your best life! Private Facebook groups are used but can also do the program via email.

Workouts are designed for all levels. They can be done at home or at the gym. You are also able to do this program without doing the workouts since the focus is on nutrition. 

Introductory Registration Fees: $199/person (resident), $219 non-resident.

If you choose to continue after the 6 week class there is a $79.00/month fee.
