Preschool Yoga with Miss Cassie
Children’s yoga is very different from the serious, quiet yoga class you might experience as an adult. In class, children are not expected to sit still for the entire session or follow a strict outline. Children are encouraged to move freely and to be creative while guided by the instructor.
These classes include: movement, stories, crafts, music, games and other mindful activities. This helps children to:
*De-stress
*Increase confidence
*Improve mobility
*Share kindness with themselves and others
ALL WHILE HAVING FUN!
Themes for the five-week session are:
Week 1 (9/20): Yoga and Me (Intro)
Week 2 (9/27): Forest Animals
Week 3 (10/4): Yoga is Fun
Week 4 (10/11): Fall
Week 5 (10/18): Halloween
