Lunch Time Fitness Class with Tammy Green
Spring is here and let's get the COVID weight off!!!! Getting fit while enjoying the outdoors. Classes include: Strength and cardio endurance training, kettlebells, boxing, HIIT, abs and more. We are limiting the class size to 15 people so the instructor can push you and help you achieve your fitness goals. All ages and fitness levels welcome.
