Get It Done! Outdoor Exercise Boot Camp!

Lets get fit while enjoying the outdoors. Classes include: Strength and cardio endurance training, kettlebells, boxing, HIIT, abs and more.  Class size limited to 15 people so the instructor can push you and help you achieve your fitness goals.  All ages and fitness levels welcome.  The instructor provide modifications for your specific fitness level.  JOIN IS AND LETS DO THIS!!

Please bring 2 sets of hand weights, a kettlebell (10-25lb preferred), exercise mat, water bottle and enthusiasm!

Your instructor Tammy Green has 35 years of experience in the fitness industry.  During this time she has had 17 years experience as an aerobics instructor and personal trainer.  In addition to 12 years experience running her own fitness boot camps.  We hope you will give her class a try.
