Women’s Self Defense
This course will provide realistic training designed specifically with how and where women are commonly attacked. You will learn common combatives and defenses used in Krav Maga, an Israeli Combat System designed for the Israeli Defense Forces. Most importantly, you will learn awareness and the mindset of a survivor. You will leave this class feeling safe, strong, empowered, and firm in the knowledge that you are not a victim.  No experience needed.

This 6 hour course is a MUST for all Teen and Adult women and is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels!!

Be Aware...
1 out of every 4 college students polled were sexually assaulted during their four years at college. (Ms. Magazine Study on Sexual Assault and Rape)

-In one 5-year period, over 2.3 million women reported sexual assault in the United Stares. 71% of these victims avoided being raped by taking self-protective measures. (United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Statistics) 


Meet your instructor: Anne Kirk has been teaching and training in Krav Maga under Krav Maga Universal since 2014. She is a certified instructor as well as a 1st degree Black Belt. She has taught men and women of all ages throughout the United States. Anne has been a student of how the body moves her entire life, earning a BA in Dance, receiving her StrongFirst kettlebell coach certification, and receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University. Most recently, Anne has accepted a position as an advocate with the Domestic Violence Center in Chester County. Anne and her husband own a Krav Maga school in West Chester offering classes for children and adults.
