Science Explorers
Burps, Belches & Bad Breath (Changed to Virtual on 12/21/2020:  Just need to have a Personal Computer with Internet access.)
Did you know that mucus is part of your daily diet? On what part of your body are you producing a cement-like substance? Are there little creatures living on you? What happens to our cells when we sweat? Find out the wacky science going on inside all of us! We’ll make our own mucus, create body spray to keep us smelling good, make an explosion of gas bubbles, mix up noisy putty, and use chemistry to show how to neutralize stomach acids. We like to call it a “cool kind of gross”!

Abracadabra cancelled
Hocus Pocus, you’re the focus, as you amaze and astound your friends with some awesome science magic! Master the art of illusion and discover the scientific secrets behind these tricks. Use your new found skills to make an egg sink or float on command, create invisible ink, make water disappear, and shock your family and friends when you cut a hole in a piece of copy paper big enough to walk through.

Is There a Doctor in the House? cancelled
If you have ever wondered what is running through your veins and what happens to your lunch after you eat it, then join Science Explorers for five fun filled “office visits” that are guaranteed to kick your senses into high gear and stimulate your mind. We’ll create edible blood, made a model of the digestive system, build a working lung model, and observe a real sheep brain! Make no bones about it, the doctor is in!

Beaker Brains
We’ve picked our top 3 favorite hands-on science activities for this special 3-session club! This is a great program to try if you’ve never participated in Science Explorers before, or if you want to experience some favorites, this is for you! We’ll take some chemistry, throw in a little creativity, and mix in tons of fun! Create our ever-popular foaming “Matter Monster”, make groovy lava lamp test tubes, and mix up some awesome chromatography!
