Fitness Programs (Fun Cardio) with Dance 4 Fitness
We offer Live indoor classes at Lionville School of Dance (11 S. Village Ave. Exton, PA 19341). A live zoom link will also be available per request for you to follow in the comfort of your own home and at your convenience. No dance experience necessary to participate. Dance 4 Fitness follows all Covid-19 Protocols.
Fall 2021: Dance 4 Fitness is offering UNLIMITED Dance classes each month for $115. When you register, you can attend as many Dance Party (Wednesdays) AND Dance and Tone (Tues&Thurs) classes as you please!
Dance Party (in person or via live zoom link) WEDNESDAYS
Our Dance Party class focuses on easy-to-follow choreography that keeps participants moving to fun music from around the world. It begins with full body warm-up and then utilizes simple choreography in a series of fast-paced aerobic dances to get your body going. This class gives you the benefits of aerobic exercises that elevate your heart rate by combining high and low (intervals) rhythms to sculpt your body while burning fat. When you dance for fitness, you get many physical and mental health benefits, including: Better heart health and stronger muscles. Join the party!!
Dance and Tone Fitness Class (in person or via live zoom link) TUE & THUR
Try this new high energy dance fitness program that will burn between 400 and 1000 calories every class while you sweat, smile, and move/groove. You will enjoy a combination of Dance choreographing and toning, with the option or using light weight dumbbells or toning sticks for portions of the class. Leslie and Cindy are thrilled to bring their love of dance, fitness, and wellness, to you with a variety of dance styles and upbeat music (pop, salsa, , swing, reggae ton, meringue, cumbia, and hip-hop).
Personal Training on Zoom
Choose from Monday or Wednesday at 11:00 am Live Stream on ZOOM and receive the recorded class to use again at home at a time that best works for you! We address all the components of fitness including cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. We strive to address the prevention of falls and injuries, focus on establishing and maintaining good posture, increased confidence, and emotional wellness with this comprehensive program. Options are given so that anyone can perform each exercise with a modification as needed to address their individual goals and specific needs. Our goal is to keep the fun in fitness in a supportive community atmosphere. You can join us from your home and when you are away from home so you can continue with your exercise routine from just about anywhere!

Punch Card Details
Each punch card purchase is for 10 classes. If you would like to attend both days of class (Tuesday and Thursdays) you will need to purchase 2 punch cards. You may always come back and purchase the second card after you use up the first card. Punch Cards will be distributed by the instructor at the first class.
