VIRTUAL ZOOM Interactive Classes-
These are 1-hour long classes once a week for either 6 weeks or 12 weeks, and will be taught by a YR instructor via Zoom. A secure link to class will be provided to the email address used for registration. You MUST register AT LEAST 24 HOURS before the start of class.
Supplies Needed: depending on the lesson type, typical supplies needed may include white paper, pencil, eraser, colored pencils, markers, Sharpie, pastels, and crayons for beginners. More details will be provided in the email you will receive following registration containing information about the specific choice you made.
Drawing and Cartooning CLASSES FOR AGES 5-15 (offered Thurs. 5:00-6:00PM)
Our drawing lessons encompass a fascinating world of characters, patterns, and colors. Our cartoon lessons keep our students entertained as we present characters in unusual and funny situations, and/or give objects and animals silly human features. All NEW LESSONS every week and every session- we do not repeat our lessons.
Pastel Club for AGES: 5-15 (offered Wed 4:30-5:30PM)
Does your child love Pastels? Sign them up for our new virtual club and they will have lots of fun every week drawing their favorite subjects and practicing pastel coloring techniques. All NEW lessons every week, every session. We will use oil or chalk pastels.
Anime Club for AGES: 5-15 (offered Tues. 5:30-6:30pm)
Does your child love Anime Manga? Sign them up for our new virtual club and they will have lots of fun every week drawing their favorite subjects. All NEW lessons every week, every session.
2021 SUMMER CAMPS on ZOOM
Stimulate those brains! Screen time isn't just watching TV- come draw with us! Young Rembrandt's is excited to provide exclusive LIVE ZOOM Interactive weekly summer camps to keep the kids busy and learning at home. We are offering a mix of drawing, cartooning, anime and oil pastels lessons, each one designed to teach basic to advanced drawing skills, art techniques, vocabulary and art history. Your child will walk away after each class with a complete piece of artwork.
**Make Up Date(s) If a student is sick and unable to join us for their live Zoom class, YR will either allow the student to join a different Zoom class if there is space, or will offer one of our on demand, pre-recorded classes as a make up option. Parents MUST contact us BEFORE the class.
**Due to the fact that we will be offering these classes on Zoom, we are very flexible and understand that different families have different circumstances and we will allow families to sign up for a session anytime during the posted dates. Upon sign up, families will be emailed a 6 week/12 week session schedule and a secure Zoom link for our weekly class; certain days(such as Thanksgiving, Christmas etc) will not have a class.
