Join us as we help you rev up your metabolism, build your energy, burn fat, and strengthen your bones during this low impact cardio workout. We will use a combination of exercises using classic floor work and hand weights as we work those abs, butts, and guts away! Come out and have some fun with "MO"!
Please bring a yoga or pilates mat, and 3-5 lb hand weights.
