About these Classes: Yoga in the Park and Mindful Yoga class is ideal for anyone new to yoga or experienced students who enjoy a well-supported and relaxing approach to their practice! The class includes carefully orchestrated movements, and well-measured stretches with range of motion exercises. Postures are cued in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and body awareness. Yoga encourages individualized approach to your practice based on movements that feels right for you.
Participants Registered for YOGA in the Park. Please bring a mat or beach towel and a water bottle to each class. If it rains, you will be credited for a future class, or directed to a virtual version for that day. Your instructor will notify all participants.
COVID-19 Precautions: all participants are to wear face masks while moving around before and after class. During class everyone will be placed six feet apart (will not have to wear mask during class). Temperature checks will be taken each morning at check-in for every ones safety. Please remember to bring and use your hand sanitizer before and after class.
About the instructor: Jen has been practicing yoga for 25+ years, and immediately was drawn to the many benefits for the mind, body and soul that yoga provided. She finally fulfilled her desire to pursue teaching, and is now a registered 200-Hour Yoga Instructor. Jen has been sharing her passion since 2016 leading a variety of yoga including Hatha, Gentle, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Chair. She worked at Silver Sneaker Tennis Addiction, Scissorgy, Holland Hill Studio, Moultonboro Recreation Department, corporate settings, and private sessions. She loves to share her passion for a healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy lifestyle. She enjoys seeing people feel good about themselves!
