Active Aging: Train and slow the aging process by focusing on mental health, cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility, fall prevention and balance and have FUN participating.

This class in for anyone, even those with disabilities.  We will use chairs.

Pilates Fusion: Core conditioning focusing primarily on strengthening the back and abdominal muscles (think 6 pack!).  Great for stress relief and relaxation.

  • Bring a mat, 2# medicine ball, & water.

  • Instructor will provide bands.
