Learn a powerful, yet easy, meditation method in this course, a complete and thorough training that answers all your questions. This course makes meditation accessible for you, and supports you in the process of getting your home practice going. Your three class meetings take you from beginner to advanced levels in just three weeks. Meditation becomes one of the reliable highlights of your day.
Yoga & Meditation Series: After each yoga class, you get to meditate (and we teach you how). This gives you an easy, yet powerful inner experience every time. Half Day Workshop: Your Half-Day Workshop is a longer yoga class, which gives you more time to make deep changes in your body, mind and heart as well as to open to the deeper dimensions of your own Self. Svaroopa® yoga guarantees this multidimensional experience every time. You are assured of a special experience under the care of the leading Svaroopa® yoga teachers in the world, the members of the Ashram’s esteemed faculty. Enjoy three hours of deep yoga practice under their experienced direction, along with training in the principles and philosophy underlying our practice.
Mindfulness, Meditation, & Me: Learn how mindfulness and meditation can help you with your life. This free introductory program makes it easy for you to meditate while explaining how it works. Pick your start time: 11:15 am or 1:00 pm. Along with information about meditation, you actually learn how to meditate. Then you have a
chance to ask questions and enjoy snacks as well as meeting other new meditators. Join us for a free and inspiring program.
Meditation Made Easy: Discover how easy meditation can be in this one-hour intro. Instead of watching your mind, get deeper within your own Divine Essence by using the shortcuts that yogis specialize in. Named Svaroopa® Vidya, this meditation methodology is based in yoga’s tantric system. In a single evening you will learn the goal and purpose of meditation as well as the how-to basics. You can ask your questions and be ready to add meditation to your lifestyle.
