Weekly Yoga Class - Bliss Poses: Often called “Bliss Yoga,” Svaroopa® Yoga is slower paced, with careful alignments customized to your body's needs, making our classes both accessible and profound. We specialize in unraveling the layers of muscles wrapped around your spine. Each 90-minute class begins and ends with a guided relaxation (yoga nidra).
Weekly Yoga Class: Neck & Shoulders: Get an immediate improvement in your neck and shoulders even in your first class. Tangible results keep you coming back for a whole month of healing. More than merely physical, you begin to reconnect your head and heart, giving you inner healing through the Svaroopa® yoga process of lifting and lightening your whole spine, all the way through your neck and head.
Meditation 101 - NEW ONLINE Format: Learn to meditate in a complete and thorough course that answers all your questions and gets you past the inner obstacles that can arise. This course makes meditation accessible for you and supports you in the process of getting your home practice going. Most importantly, you gain an understanding of why you are doing what you are doing. Your three class meetings take you from a beginner to an experienced meditator in just three weeks, including how to handle any difficulties you encounter in the process. Meditation becomes one of the reliable highlights of your day. This online course is held in Zoom, which you can access through your phone, tablet or computer. The Meditation Center will send you access codes when we have enough people enrolled to confirm the course. So register right away to help confirm the course.
Yoga & Meditation Series: After each yoga class, you get to meditate (and we teach you how). This gives you an easy, yet powerful inner experience every time. Doing poses before meditation has been part of the authentic yoga tradition for many millennia. Why? Because it works so well! Your three-month series features a carefully planned curriculum to move you from beginning to advanced levels quickly and easily. You enjoy the full inward trajectory in every class, giving you a deepening sense of inner peace and pure
beingness. You’re growing into your Self.
Half Day Workshop: Time for Spring Cleaning!: It is that time of year to create more inner space. Not just your outer environment needs cleaning, but inside can use some clearing out. Clear out the old physical, mental & emotional tensions through yoga’s
breathing practice of Ujjayi, releasing tensions along your spine making more room for your internal organs, and through abdominal activators to burn away that which needs to be gotten rid of. Create more space for you to live in; from your own Self.
Half-Day Workshop: More Alive, More You: Tired of being tired? Become more enlivened and energized with Svaroopa® yoga’s standing poses. Learn how to get your spinal release while you're doing challenging and fun poses. Use your body in a more powerful way to find your inner source of aliveness. You will leave feeling uplifted, energized and more you.
Mindfulness, Meditation, & Me: Learn how mindfulness and meditation can help you with your life. This free introductory program makes it easy for you to meditate while explaining how it works. Pick your start time: 11:15 am or 1:00 pm. Along with information about meditation, you actually learn how to meditate. Then you have a
chance to ask questions and enjoy snacks as well as meeting other new meditators. Join us for a free and inspiring program.
Meditation Made Easy: Discover how easy meditation can be in this one-hour intro. Instead of watching your mind, get deeper within your own Divine Essence by using the shortcuts that yogis specialize in. Named Svaroopa® Vidya, this meditation methodology is based in yoga’s tantric system. In a single evening you will learn the goal and purpose of meditation as well as the how-to basics. You can ask your questions and be ready to add meditation to your lifestyle.
